We had a very nice couple days stay at Julie's home. Lots of space, great kitchen, quiet, comfy bed. And direct path to the beach which was wonderful for long dog walks every day! very special location

It was everything that we needed and more. The direct beech access was amazing. The walk to get to it through the beach grass, also amazing. Alot of detail went into the home and we especially loved the dog friendly environment. My kinda people! The downstairs garage for games was a notch up as well, and the local people were very friendly.

Julie ??s Stuga was amazing! The walk to the ocean was short and simple, the yard was fully fenced which was a must. Just be careful with small dogs, ours slipped out and went for an adventure haha. The deck was the best part, especially with the supplied kites. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. This place is SUPER pet friendly, providing tons of dogs leashes, collars, bowls, etc. There were board games and the garage games were a good way to spend some of our time together. We ??ve been to quite a few airbnbs and this one was awesome!! Thank you for having us.

What a beautiful location! Easy access to the beach down the beautiful, narrow grassy trail. ??? ? ? ? Kitchen is very well stocked with multiple sinks & every appliance and gadget you would need for cooking, even for a big meal. (Bring your own food staples & beach towels.) We loved the big bathtub, ping pong table downstairs and comfortable beds too. Although not fully ADA-accessible, this property is a great choice for guests with limited mobility. Very pet friendly. Great stay for humans & dogs alike!

Perfect getaway for our family of four and our dog. We loved the house and amenities, especially the huge and well-stocked kitchen. Lots of space and very dog friendly. The short trail to the private beach access was amazing. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the property, and it is about 20 minutes from the Long Beach town itself.

We had the BEST family vacation at this beach house! Two adults, two kids, and two small dogs, with room for everyone to play! Dog friendly rating for the house is two thumbs up! We brought all our own gear, but there were dishes and leashes for an army of dogs. Private path to the beach was amazing and picturesque, and proximity to Ocean Park and Long Beach and other outdoor activities was super. Kitchen was very well equipped and HUGE! We received very clear instructions on how to get into the house and didn ??t need a thing while we were there, so can ??t really address accessibility or helpfulness of Pacific Realty ??not a bad thing! Main floor bed could use a mattress topper for added comfort, but otherwise wouldn ??t suggest a thing. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to come back to this fantastic rental!

This was a beautiful beach house in a tranquil setting, not far from the Long Beach, which was fun to visit. The large deck was a perfect hang out and the large kitchen was great for cooking communal meals. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, but if you're wanting a place right on the beach, this isn't it, you have to walk a trail to get there. That being said, the beach was beautiful and you could hear and see the ocean from the house.

Comfortable, clean and accommodating for everyone! We loved the open living area and large kitchen!Positive: This house is set up nicely for a family of 6. We loved the open kitchen (stocked with anything you might need), dining, and living room. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. There were tons of games for all ages along with coloring. There are books to read and tons of movies to choose from. The nice large deck was wonderful, along with the view. This house has neighbors, but you would never know, it is so quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space to park. The garage offers additional space with a table and tv, a Ping-Pong table and other games. It also has a charging station...a huge plus for us. Another huge plus was the nearby beach access. We would definitely stay here again!Negative: There were tons of stickers in and around the parking area (possibly beyond) that stick to your shoes and dog paws. You aren't going to want to be walking the property or allowing your kids/pets to run around the property. The basement/garage is full of fun things to do but needs a good cleaning. The garbage has a locking lid, it did not keep the very large black bear who visited (one evening) out, garbage everywhere, we ended up bringing the garbage container into the garage...would have done this from the get-go if we were warned ahead of time...the locking lid and gate on the property lead me to believe he visits regularly. Easy things to work around, this place is definitely worth the minimal issues mentioned.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julies sturga. It was exactly what we were looking for. Very compatible and dog friendly which is so hard to find. Great kitchen, great views, and so nice to be able to access the beach from the property. We would definitely stay here again we've been vacationing here for years and this is by far our favorite spot.

We had a wonderful stay at Julie's Stuga! The couches and beds were very comfortable. It also had the best kitchen we've ever experienced in an Airbnb - a delight to cook in! Not to mention the cinematic walk through beautiful dune grass to get to a pristine beach really made our stay exceed all of our expectations. We hope to stay their again!

Great beach location- short 4 minute walk across the dunes. The beach view is slightly blocked by a copse of trees but that was fine since it blocked the wind and a family of deer beds down there every night and we loved watching them in the mornings with our coffee. VERY dog friendly home with extra leashes and water bowls. FULLY FENCED YARD!! Kitchen has everything you could ever need, and more. We actually went to the store and got waffle mix when we realized they had a belgian waffle maker. Yummmm. There were no spices or cooking oils so be sure to bring everything you might need to cook. Otherwise, the kitchen had every pot, pan, or gadget you could imagine.Propane fireplace in good working order. Was a little tricky to get started but texted Pacific Realty and they had someone come out and fix it within the hour. The entire town of Ocean Park has a garage/craft sale during Memorial weekend so bring cash and leave room in your car for new treasures.

While the proximity to the beach can't be beat, we were disappointed with the experience during our stay and probably won't be returning to this property in the future. When the cost for a couple of days climbs over $1k and you're paying that much to be crawled on by ants and receive largely unhelpful responses to questions from the company tasked with managing the home, it doesn't feel like the cost to value ratio is there. Despite what the title of the property may suggest, this is an AirBnB run and operated by a company not a person. Ultimately you're not interacting with someone who knows (or cares about) the home you're staying in and that was reflected in the experience we had during our stay.

Was a wonderful stay. Very clean and felt lived in. Would go back. Dryer was not working but didn ??t realize it until the morning and was not a big deal for us anyway. Location was very quite and relaxing. The beds were not very comfortable but others said the same in other reviews, Even that was not a deal breaker. We had a wonderful time cooking and playing games, beautiful kitchen. Our two kids daughter 9 and son 12 loved it. Played ping pong down stairs, flew kites. Who ever cleaned the house did a really nice job and everything was just about perfect. Thank you Julie for letting us enjoy your peaceful house. The library of books is very good. I think a popcorn maker would be a nice addition to the kitchen.

The location was great, the amenities were great, and it was comfortable. The kitchen stood out as the most amazing part because it was big and had a lot of counter space, which was handy because we cooked all our own meals. The only suggestion I have would be upgrading the bed in the master bedroom. It was uncomfortable but a small price to pay for the rest of the place. Pacific Realty was very accommodating and worked with me diligently to accommodate us. Everything was easy and convenient. My family had a great experience.

Perfectly lovely. Comfortable. Quiet. Peaceful.Pros: - Dog friendly, with extra touches throughout reflecting the owner's love for dogs.- Quiet neighborhood off the main drag. Minimal local traffic, no barking dogs. - We used the upstairs bedroom. King size bed very comfortable. Loved the sheets and pillows.- Both bathrooms spacious with climate control; many quality towels - Kitchen has everything you could ever need, and more. - Easy trek to beach. Limited out quick on the razor clams right out back. Bought a clam gun but then found two downstairs at the house. - Huge bonus: fenced yard. Gated across driveway and at the back at the entry to a small copse, dunes & beach. I think the description said not fully fenced; looked fully fenced to us. - Outside hose has hot water option- Loved the natural style dune grass lawn.- Cozy propane fireplace in good working order- Pacific Realty a pleasure to work with, very responsive, easy check in / outCons: zero
