Located in the charming area of Seaview, nestled between Ilwaco and Long Beach, this home offers easy access to the beach and the famous Discovery Trail. Long Beach is brimming with family-friendly activities, from leisurely walks or bike rides on the scenic Discovery trails to exploring the downtown area with its delightful shops and eateries.
For outdoor adventurers, the possibilities are endless. Spend a day clamming and fishing, or indulge in the timeless joy of flying kites on the beach. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the two lighthouses, state parks, Loomis Lake, and the fascinating museums nearby.
At the Lazy K, you'll also find a spacious yard where you can unwind, fire up the BBQ, and watch the kids have a blast with the assortment of yard games provided. Additionally, we've made sure to equip the house with a convenient slow cooker, allowing you to plan ahead while you explore the area.

Location was amazing, close enough to the strip but also a short drive to the Astoria Bridge. The pull out couches were not as indicated in the listing. One was broke and unuseable as a bed. The other is just a twin-very uncomfortable for an adult. Truly the cabin sleeps 4 comfortably unless they are little kiddos. The kitchen was well equipped, the BBq was a nice addition. Having the little shed and table out back was also a nice perk.

Wonderful little place very close to the beach. It had everything we needed for our little getaway. Couches are in need of new cushions or so.ething they are uncomfortable. Everything else is just as listed and will return.

Overall nice house that had everything we needed. House was out of town but close enough.Positive: feels private for being on a main roadNegative: Pull out mattress ?? were horribly uncomfortable. Felt like we had a lot of things to do to check out even though there was a $110 cleaning fee

We enjoyed our stay! We loved the fact it is so close to the Discovery Trail and walking distance to the beach. This is priceless! Nice neighborhood despite being on the main road. We felt safe. We always backed into the driveway because no room to turn around. BBQ grill was dirty as well and patio furniture that were available at the shed but it worked! There is a gas grill and charcoal grill. The futons in the living room were very uncomfortable even for out 8 yr old child, so I can no imagine an adult sleeping on them. We found plenty kitchen utensils and everything was super clean! Fridge and cupboards are empty though so bring your spices, sauces and ketchup if you are planning to cook inside. The carpet is old and definitely needs upgrade. Thank you for hosting us!

Darling pet friendly Beach House. We enjoyed the fun decor and it had lots of extras for travelers. Very large yard with a shed full of outdoor, tables, chairs, games and a BBQ. One night we even had a yard full of deer. ? ?

Stayed here with our grand kids,everything was great,everything worked as it is supposed to,Only thing was the mattress on the hidabeds could be updated they are somewhat uncomfortable,but hey they are hidabeds.overall,we were very happy and cofortable.

We (two adults, 9yo, 7yo, and senior mother in law) stayed for three days of clamming. The house isnt much from the outside, but perfect for our needs on the inside. Good counterspace to clean clams, good bedrooms, although the pull out couches are unusable as beds for adults. I could hardly sit on them as all i felt were springs. Our kids did fine with them though with sleeping bags. The board games were also great. My son now wants battleship for Christmas.

It is a cozy little place inside. The house is located next to a busy road and it is a bit nosy from cars. However, the windows are new and double-pane and it is away from crowds. So overall, the noise is not that bad. There is plenty space to park at least 3 cars. It is an easy, 5-minute drive to everything in Long-Beach.

I was disappointed in the place..was very old. You could not sleep on the hide a bed, the springs were sticking out ? the Pots and Pans were old and dirty..we used paper plates and plastic silverware during the time we were there..The bathroom was good ? The cost was to much for the value. This place needs an upgrade ? this is an honest review..

We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Convenient access to the beach, close to Cape Disappointment. There was more beach equipment in the shed than what was listed on the website. I was prepared to rent beach chairs when we arrived, found 6 portable chairs were there, glad I looked before I went to the rental store.

Great location for our Salmon Fishing Trip and a few days of sight seeing. The only complaint was that the bathtub didn ??t drain well and a plumber couldn ??t come to fix it until the day after we left. Quaint little cabin good for 4-6 people.
