Positive: Property was comfortable, clean and close to town. Having the garage was nice.Negative: No where on the description did it say 2 car maximum and everything around it is a tow zone. Had to shuttle back and forth for one car to be parked down town. Called the emergency after hours line, 2am on Friday Sep 6, 2024, because some drunk guy said he had a code and got in the house. (Not sure if the previous codes were cleared) still haven't received a call back from them to see if we were ok, it's now Sep 8! Finally just called the police.

We had a great time.Negative: A little confusing regarding the key situation but they helped me figure it out. Smoke detector started chirping at 9pm Friday so we had to buy a 2 pack of 9 volt batteries. Fortunately our son in law picked some up on the way in to town. The batteries should be changed automatically once a year so that doesn't happen. Need more potholders. We only found one.

Lovely property. The beds are very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with lots of plastics bowls and plates. Coffee and spices were a plus.The only negative is that the place needs more light fixtures in the living room and over the stairs

Took my son and mom for a short mini vacation. Easy walking access to the beach. We were also close enough to walk to town. Quiet neighborhood. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. Had an issue with one of the toilets but they were on top of getting it fixed for us. I would definitely stay again.

Nice 3 bedroom condo. Easy to walk into town for coffee. Close to dune trail to get out to beach. Photo of beach view from deck was somewhat deceiving. Most of the view off the deck is the larger condo building right next door. You can see the water but only sitting in one small spot on deck. Place was comfortable. We enjoyed all the reclining chairs in living room but found that part of the unit very dark only one small overhead light and small table lamp. Could not use area to read etc in evening. Overall a nice place to stay on and enjoy the Washington coast.

This is a nice 3 bedroom home. 2 bedrooms down stairs, 1 upstairs. 2 bath. Plenty of kitchen utensils make it easy to prepare meals for 6 adults. Nice view of the Pacific Ocean from the deck. Nice quite area with deer. Easy walk to the Boardwalk and beach access.

6 of us in town for a fishing trip. Was a short drive to the marina, about 10 min. Clean spot good common areas to hang out. Kinda in a weird cul de sac next to a hotel so not getting any views. Parking was pretty limited but we made it work. My only gripe is that the vrbo add said there were 5 beds (fold out in common area) but there were only 4. The ad has since been changed but not everyone had a bed

Very happy we stayed at Ocean Echo. Unit clean, roomy and well equipped, not to mention nice decor. If you stay here, just know you view neighboring condo parking lot from living room. However, lots of trees nearby. The location is wonderful. Steps to boardwalk and beach, plus downtown Long Beach. It is surprisingly peaceful. Pacific Realty was responsive to our questions. We would stay again.

The place was great and great location but if you have young children be aware there are very steep stairs from the first floor to the living area. So bring a safety gate. The only issue we had was when we got to the location we realized none of our paperwork told us what unit we were in and it took a bit before the person we called at the number we were given could tell us what unit we were set to be in.

Place was great. Loved everything except we had 3 cars and got a warning from the police and scolding from the neighbors. Turns out you have to park 3 blocks away if you have more than 2 cars, which isn't unusual in a place that sleeps 6.

We will absolutely be coming back here. With 3 adults and two young children it was extremely spacious and well stocked in the kitchen. It ??s nice and tucked back but still incredible close to everything. The decor in the home was so cute and we felt so at home with the extremely big and comfy couch. This place is a no brainer 5 stars!!

We had a great stay on our annual visit to Long Beach. The décor was cute and made you feel right at home. It was just the right place for us to be over the rainy weekend and we were visited by a momma deer and her fawn which made our grandchildren so happy.

We had a great stay for the week of the Kite Festival! The townhome was much more spacious than the pictures depicted and had more amenities than we expected (bbq, towels, surplus of kitchen items). Beds were comfortable and there was a great supply of pillows and blankets. The location is fantastic; you can walk to everything, including the beach and boardwalk! The entrance to the garage is narrower than we expected, however, there is a parking space outside that can be used if you don't want to squeeze a SUV into the garage (and you don't have more than 1 car). We will definitely consider booking again for a stay in Long Beach!
